In January 2015, NVIDIA has awarded Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology as the CUDA Teaching Center Program. The principle investigator for this program is Dr. Nor Asialh Wati Abdul Hamid. CUDA Teaching Center program is designed to support and encourage teaching establishments to include GPU Computing using CUDA C/C++ as part of faculty course offerings. To help facilitate this teaching effort, NVIDIA provided grant equipment, funding and course material assistance. Additionally, the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology planning to provide workshops and seminars on CUDA programming to staff and students.
